What is included in the MOMIQ Monthly plan?
The MOMIQ Monthly plan includes 58 home-style meals (29 Lunches and 29 Dinners) across 29 days. Each meal includes 4 whole wheat rotis or fragrant steamed rice, daily seasonal sabzi, slow-simmered dal, and fresh salad or accompaniment. Doorstep delivery is fully included.
How much does the subscription cost?
The promotional launch offer for the MOMIQ Monthly plan is ₹2,499 (standard price ₹2,999) for 29 days of subscription, including all 58 meals (Lunch + Dinner) and doorstep delivery across Katihar with zero surge charges.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Katihar, Bihar. All meals are prepared and dispatched hot from our Central Cloud Kitchen located in Katihar.
Can I pause meals if I go out of town or have other plans?
Yes! You have full control inside your customer dashboard at app.momiq.online. When you pause a meal, your subscription validity automatically extends by that day so you never lose meals you paid for.
What are the daily cutoff times for pausing meals?
To avoid food waste and ensure fresh cooking, pauses must be placed before kitchen cutoffs: Lunch cutoff is 9:00 AM IST; Dinner cutoff is 5:00 PM IST.
What cooking oils and ingredients do you use?
We use pure desi ghee for tadkas and rotis, and zero commercial palm oil. All vegetables are sourced fresh daily from local markets, and all food is cooked using multistage RO purified water.
How do I log into my customer account?
You can access your account anytime at https://app.momiq.online/login using your email/password or Google single sign-on.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment options via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking.
